Ryan P. MacDonald

Ryan MacDonald is a dedicated lawyer who brings his enthusiasm for business and corporate culture into his legal practice. A Partner with Key Murray Law, Ryan practices several areas of law with a focus on business, corporate and commercial matters and real estate transactions.

Based out of our Charlottetown and Souris office, Ryan provides clients with assistance in many areas of law including Property  and Real Estate matters, Business and Corporate transactions, Wills and Estate planning and Employment Law. Ryan is being recognized for the first time in Best Lawyers in Canada® under the practice area of Real Estate Law for 2024. 
In his day-to-day practice, Ryan draws on his valuable experience as a former small business owner and entrepreneur. With a keen interest in assisting entrepreneurs and business owners throughout Prince Edward Island, his goal is to help people move forward by providing timely, efficient, and practical solutions. Always thinking of the future, Ryan works hard to provide his clients with the advice they need now to be prepared for and successful in the years to come.

Ryan is a former rugby player and coach who now volunteers as a coach in the North River Minor Hockey Association and carries a shared commitment to teamwork into his daily practice of the law. Ryan lives in Cornwall with his wife, son and daughter.
