Pamela Stewart is a respected member of the Key Murray Law team, practicing from our Charlottetown office. With a focus in family law, Pamela is an experienced litigator representing clients before all levels of courts in Prince Edward Island. Her practice places particular emphasis on the breakdown of married and common law relationships, including separation, divorce, significant decision-making and parenting plans, financial support, asset division, as well as relationship contracts including parenting/grandparent agreements, cohabitation and pre-marriage and marriage agreements.
Pamela also has had extensive training in interest-based negotiations (collaborative family law) and Parenting Coordination. Pamela has been certified as a Parenting Coordinator by the Province of Prince Edward Island since 2022.
Pamela Stewart has been a guest lecturer in at professional conferences related to family law and was the lecturer for the Family Law component of the Prince Edward Island Bar Admission Course until 2022.
