- Lynn Murray is a senior partner with Key Murray Law, based out of our Charlottetown office. Her primary practice areas include civil litigation with an emphasis on insurance defence, employment and labour law, and administrative law. In September of 2023, Lynn was named a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, a designation awarded only to those litigators who have also demonstrated the very highest standards of trial advocacy, ethical conduct, integrity, professionalism, and collegiality. She is listed in Best Lawyers in Canada® in the practice areas of Administrative and Public Law, Bet-the-Company Litigation, Insurance Law and Labour and Employment Law for 2024. Lynn was also voted "Lawyer of the Year" for Family Law and Corporate and Commercial Litigation in Charlottetown. Lynn is also recognized as a leading practitioner in the 2023 Canadian Legal Lexpert® Directory for litigation, director of officers liability and personal injury.
