Ryan P. MacDonald KC

Ryan MacDonald is a dedicated lawyer who brings his enthusiasm for business and corporate culture into his legal practice. A Partner with Key Murray Law based out of our Charlottetown and Souris office, Ryan practices in several areas of law with a focus on business law, corporate and commercial matters, real estate transactions and all areas of estate planning.

In his day-to-day practice, Ryan draws on his valuable experience as a former small business owner and entrepreneur. With a keen interest in assisting business owners throughout Prince Edward Island, his goal is to help people move forward by providing timely, efficient, and practical solutions. Always thinking of the future, Ryan works hard to provide his clients with the advice they need now with an eye to being set up for success in the years to come.

Ryan is a former rugby player and coach who now volunteers as a coach in the North River Minor Hockey Association and carries a shared commitment to teamwork into his practice. Ryan lives in Cornwall with his wife, son and daughter.
